Find People
Donations of Goods or Collected Items
Many are asking about donating goods or services (in-kind donations), and we appreciate your kindness. We have found that sending donated funds directly to the affected area makes our financial support go farther and helps to reinvest in the damaged local economies desperately in need of help. Sometimes other agencies (such as World Care) collect items in small quantities (clothing, personal items, household goods, etc.) for distribution in the disaster-affected area.
Red Cross may accept bulk items (quantities in the thousands), shrink-wrapped and paletized when transportation is provided by the donor. Please contact us for additional information if your item may fit this criteria.
Becoming A Volunteer
We have opportunities for volunteers to respond to local disasters, such as daily house fires. The American Red Cross is currently utilizing previously trained volunteers to serve the affected area. Information on becoming a Volunteer in Southern Arizona >>
