Policies and Procedures

We are streamlining to better serve you! Please review the Authorized Provider Resources Guide containing information on partnering with the Red Cross for your training needs. Local Policies and Procedures  provide information on placing orders, payment terms, course record processing and other related information.

Placing an Order 

All material orders MUST use a form below!

Download the forms you need to purchase or rent everything necessary for your Red Cross classes. Complete them and submit via e-mail.

Course Record and Related Forms

We are slowly phasing in the rejection of handwritten course records received via fax, mail or drop-off. They will be returned to the instructor.

Starting September 1st 2009 we will only be accepting course records via e-mail.
