Volunteer Application Process

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the American Red Cross. We are pleased that you are considering becoming a part of the dynamic Red Cross volunteer team!

1. Complete the volunteer application (Under 18-application) (Adobe PDF format, 103k) and have two references completed. Please submit the forms to Elissa Maish, Volunteer Services Coordinator. The forms can be submitted by e-mail to emaish@redcrossarizona.org, by fax to (520) 318-6749, or by mail to 2916 E. Broadway, Tucson, AZ 85716.
2. Take the Online Orientation. Submit Certificate of Completion.
3. Complete your online background check. (Download instructions).
4. Take the next steps for your position:
• Health and Safety Instructors: Review the upcoming training dates and meet with Volunteer Resources
• VA Hospital Positions: Attend VA Orientation
• All other positions: Schedule a meeting by e-mail with Volunteer Resources.
